Bose Consulting was established in 1993 by the former Senior Manager in charge of the international capital Markets division of a top-4 UK consulting firm.  The company has extensive experience of consulting on capital markets infrastructure projects and is particularly well known for the strategic analysis, system design and selection, project management and implementation of complex trading, settlement and payment systems for Stock and Commodity Exchanges, Central Depositories, Clearing Houses and Central Banks.  Our consultants have also undertaken banking and insurance system projects.

The Company’s consultants and associates have conducted projects in developed markets and emerging markets in Europe, North America, the Middle East, Africa and the Near and Far East. The firm uses the latest business and technical  methodologies and standards relevant to the financial markets and has developed new risk assessment and system evaluation methods.  The firm’s IT and project management consultants are well versed in PRINCE 2 and ITIL.
